Dr. Arpit Patel
D.D.S.
Dr. Arpit K. Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2012 and went on to complete a rigorous three-year Prosthodontics residency at Rutgers University from 2021 to 2024. Prior to his specialization, he spent five years practicing as a general dentist, gaining a broad foundation in comprehensive dental care. This experience continues to inform his patient-centered approach and strong clinical judgment.

As a prosthodontist, Dr. Patel focuses on restoring both function and aesthetics. His areas of expertise include crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures, dental implants, and full mouth reconstruction. He also performs advanced procedures such as sinus lifts, block bone grafts, root canals, and Invisalign treatment. Whether addressing a single missing tooth or designing a full smile makeover, Dr. Patel brings precision, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to quality care.

Dr. Patel is passionate about helping patients regain confidence in their smiles and improving their overall oral health. He believes in treating every patient like family—offering compassionate care, clear communication, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American College of Prosthodontics (ACP), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), staying up to date with the latest techniques and advancements in modern dentistry.

Dr. Taylor Brubaker
D.M.D.
Dr. Taylor Brubaker grew up in Oregon, Illinois and attended Oregon High School. He attended
Rockford University for his Bachelors of Science in Biology, and University of Northern Colorado
for his Master of Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Brubaker attended A.T. Still University - Missouri
School of Dentistry and Oral Health for his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry.
Dr. Brubaker practices in all areas of general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic
dentistry. His favorite parts of the job are relieving patients' pain and restoring their smiles,
helping them regain their confidence.
In his free time, Taylor enjoys golfing, watching the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers, and
visiting different coffee shops. He also loves spending time with his wife, Nicole, their mini
Australian Shepherd, Maya, and their cat, Dexter.
Dr. Andy Malcolm
D.D.S., Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Malcolm was born and raised in Moline, IL. After graduating from Moline High School, he attended the University of Iowa and received his Bachelors of Science Degree while majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry. He continued his education at the University of Iowa and received a Degree of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2005. Following two more years of specialty training, he received a Pediatric Dental Certification in 2007, also at the University of Iowa. Immediately following his graduation, Dr. Malcolm set up his practice in Belvidere, IL during the summer of 2007.
Dr. Malcolm lives in Belvidere and has five lovely children. He enjoys working out, biking, playing golf, and reading mystery books. Most days he can be found at the gym, reading his Nook, playing with his girls or having fun with his friends and colleagues.
